Hi everyone!!

Hope everyone has been having a safe and sane holiday season!! I've been a little under the weather the past few weeks so it's a LITTLE on the late side (was hoping to have it ready to go earlier today!) but I'm happy to say that Not Drunk Enough is back to updating!! Thank you ALL for being patient with me, but I am really excited to share the rest of this with you and hope that it was worth the wait.

Thanks again and LOVE YOU ALL!!

I HAVE GREAT NEWS EVERYONE! If you were unable to be a part of the NDE v2 Kickstarter, you are now able to buy the book up on my store, as well as a few extra goodies!! Thanks again to everyone who supports the book, currently and in the past, and I hope you enjoy the new spooky treats just in time for October!!

Love you all! Stay safe and sane,

Hi there! It's been a while! First off, as usual, I just want to thank everyone. I know I say it a lot, but I really mean it. The constant support for Not Drunk Enough and all my work is always appreciated, and I know that I cannot be doing the things I love without the lot of you. So thank you. I sincerely hope that times are finding you safe and well!! There's been so much going on, not only for me personally, but in the world, and it's been a wild several months. There's much I want to say, but I struggle with the right words, so all I will do is take this opportunity to say that if you are American, and have not had a chance to register to vote, I strongly encourage you do so!  Here's a nice guide to figure out how your state best operates to make this as easy for you as possible!!

But now with actual comic news! I thank you for your patience in this quiet time for Not Drunk Enough! There have been so many exciting projects I've been working on which I am looking forward to sharing with all of you once things get closer to completion, but wanted to announce that NOT DRUNK ENOUGH VOLUME 3 WILL BE RETURNING TO SCHEDULE DECEMBER 1st!! I cannot wait to continue and finish this journey with all of you, but UNTIL THEN I have a little something special and dear to me to share!

LEMON DROP is a project that has tossed around in the back of my head for years and means so much. It's changed faces so many times, and if you're a close follower of me, you might recognize the main character as Palmer, the idiot I can't seem to stop drawing. Starting from here until Not Drunk Enough returns in December, I'll be sharing with you a sneak peak of the comic in its rough form! It's ultimately a story about Demons/Spirits, Pressures of the Expectations of Others and Yourself, while broaching and exploring my own personal struggles with mental illness through a high octane, goofy, neon lens. I hope you enjoy the ride!!

Thanks SO much for everything, and sending out as MUCH love as possible to everyone,

-Tess Stone!

Hey everyone!

I know it's been a tough time of the year for so many people, and my heart goes out to everyone effected! ECCC 2020 being postponed/cancelled this week (while very understandable!!) has been hard for many creators, myself included, so any support right now is extra appreciated! If you're interested, here's a few ways you can do so!

During the days of the original ECCC (March 12th-15th) I will be streaming myself doing DIGITAL CONVENTION COMMISSIONS! I normally do not accept commissions, so this is a rare opportunity!! Any support during this time is VERY helpful, so thank you in advance (even for just checking out this post!) If you are interested in a commission, there'll be a link to a form to fill out for one! Here's some things to note if you're interested in a ECCC Commission!

1) FILLING THIS FORM IS NOT A GUARANTEE THAT YOU HAVE A SLOT. I'm so sorry! I will do my best to get through as many as possible, but due to my workload, I will not be taking any that I cannot complete during the rest of this week.

2) ONCE I REACH YOU, I WILL NOTIFY YOU ABOUT PAYMENT. I won't be taking any money until I know for SURE I am able to work on your commission. This simplifies things, however it does mean that this is all a little bit time sensitive. As mentioned above, I only have a gap in my schedule for this week due to ECCC's cancellation, so I will reserve your spot for 48 hours after contacting you before I swap it out for someone else. Thanks for your understanding!

3) IF I DO NOT REACH OUT TO YOU, UNFORTUNATELY MY SLOTS HAVE BEEN FILLED. I TRULY appreciate your interest, but if you do not hear from me, it sadly means I was not able to get to you. Thank you AGAIN and hopefully next time!

4) STARTING ON THURSDAY, MARCH 12TH-15TH I WILL BE STREAMING WORKING ON THESE COMMISSIONS ON MY PICARTO: ! I'll be posting on my twitter updates as to when these streams begin and end!

5) I am accepting NSFW commissions, but I won't be streaming them!

Hey WOW so my store at DFTBA is also going to be having a 10% sale! All you need is the COUPON CODE ECCC2020 FROM MARCH 10th-17th!! SUPER COOL!! I'm a little low on stock on some things, but perhaps this is a great time to grab a patch or NDE vol 1 if you don't have it!!

If you were an awesome backer of NDE v2, the books have been shipped and are en route and I can't wait for the lot of you to start getting your hands on these bad boys!! But if you missed the KS, don't worry! The book will be released next Tuesday, March 17th!! On St Patrick's day. How WONDERFULLY fitting! Again, I know I say this every time, but I really couldn't have done it without all of y'all, so thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Hey everyone!!

With the winter/holiday break over, we're back with some more NDE! Back to Simon being an idiot!! It's great! Thank you all as always for your continued support and patience! Excited to share with you more pages and start ramping up for the convention season of this year!

Speaking of conventions, the next one coming up I'll be at is ECCC in Seattle, March 12th-15th! Absolutely looking forward to it, it's such a spectacular show. Hope to see you there!

Also on the side of Not Drunk Enough Vol 2, I'm excited to say that the Pledgemanager e-mails to gather shipping information has been sent out in the past few weeks! Just a reminder to get those filled, so we can get the goodies your way as soon as possible! After all this time I'm just absolutely jazzed to get these babies in all of y'alls hands!

As always, love you all!! <3

Hey everyone!! I hope everyone's been having a FANTASTIC new 2020!! We're taking a little pause over the holidays while I catch up on all sorts of work, but looking forward to continue on with Book 3 on February 4th, 2020!! Thanks as always for your support, and I'm excited to say that the Volume 2 Kickstarter is getting closer and closer to getting books out to everyone which is SO EXCITING for me! I can't wait to have all of them out in your wonderful hands!!

Much love, Happy New Year (Lunar, too!) and much love! Y'all are the best!!

WOWW!! It's finally here! I can't believe it! It's been such a journey working on Not Drunk Enough, that it's wild to think that I'm beginning the last book of the series. I cannot express my gratitude to all of you who have followed me through the entire journey, and to those of you just now tuning in! You're all amazing and make working on this so worthwhile and incredible!! Here's to the beginning of the end, and of all the great things to come!

I wanted to let you know that I'll be posting Not Drunk Enough v3 in B+W to begin with, as it was more important to me to get the story moving along and new content up for you lovelies, and based on my work schedule this was the easiest way to accomplish that! Thank you so much for your understanding, and don't worry! When everything's finished and done it will be in full color (and the print version as well!)

To celebrate the launch of book three, I am putting back up Logan's t-shirt in my store available for Pre-Order!! I'm really excited about this, and I hope you enjoy!

Love you all!

THAT'S RIGHT!! Book three of Not Drunk Enough (the last and final!!) will begin updating on October 8th!! Look forward to it!! I know I am!! Thank you so much for your always support--I canNOT wait to share with you what's in store! I'll also be in New York this week, so please drop by and say hey if you're going to be at the convention! Can't wait to see y'all!

MUCH LOVE!! And more info below! vvvvvvvvvvv

Hey everyone!!

Are you going to NYCC or have a friend who's going to NYCC and would like a commission?? Since it's one of the biggest cons of the year that I attend, I am slotting away time to get started on commissions early so that more slots are available!! If you are interested, please hit up the e-mail to get the process started! What to send me:

-- What you're interested in getting (which tier, IE sketch bust + character, etc)
-- Who/what you would like me to draw! If it's an OC please feel free to show me as much reference as you'd like, as well as include a little bit bout them! I LOOOOOVE drawing OCs, DnD characters, the whole lot! If it's a licensed character, or something along those lines, give me the best name to Google them by as well as 1 image (so I at least know I'm finding the correct reference alongside!)
-- If you or a friend is picking up the piece at NYCC! If a friend is picking it up for you, let me know who so I don't accidentally give it away to the wrong person! If you're unsure who it may be just yet, don't worry! You have until the convention to e-mail me back and let me know! I won't hand over the commission unless I get authorization from you to make sure it gets to the right person!!

That's about it!! I look forward to hearing from you! And here's a few other tips (that are up in the image above) but for easy reading, I've provided it here too:

Please note that all commissions are traditional, and there will be NO shipping. PICK UP at convention ONLY. If you cannot make it, but would like to send a friend for pick up, please mention this in your e-mail and we will work it out!

Pay is upfront, and unfortunately no refunds if you cannot pick it up at NYCC suddenly, as the work will be completed.

I will still be taking commissions DURING the convention, so if you do not sign up for a slot now, don’t worry! There will be slots left!

Expect about 24-48 hours for responses! I will do my best to reply quicker than that, but just in case, don't worry! If you e-mailed me before the convention, I will make sure you get a slot! <3

Also one last thing to note:

This e-mail is for convention (NYCC) commissions ONLY. I unfortunately am closed to regular commissions, and it is not a good place to reach me for other questions, or work related inquiries. Thanks for your understanding!!

Y'all are AWESOME as always, and I'm excited to see you at New York Comic Con 2019!!! (and for the ramping up of the beginning of BOOK THREE OF NOT DRUNK ENOUGH!!)

My thumbs are basically my pencils! I ink directly on top of them (thanks digital media!!) so while my thumbs vary in quality and definition, I try to make sure I always give myself enough to go off of no matter what, just in case I happen to spend a lot of time away from them and can't remember what it was I was thinking.

This usually means I try to ALWAYS make sure the expressions are very obvious, as well as anything else I think is important. I tend to spend this time really figuring out the essence of the backgrounds as well, because trying to come up with it later is really ... hard for me. If I am too loose during this stage for the background, usually it means that there won't be a very good background during inks, or I'll drop it entirely. In worst case scenarios where I still VERY MUCH need a background but didn't give myself a good enough one in thumbs, I have to rethumb the panel, and that just takes time away as well as ruin my Inking Groove.

This is also the stage where I try to decide on a lot of the lettering, IE placement and beats. I'm a very visual person, so it's fairly difficult for me to thumb out a scene without text directly involved.

Hope you're enjoying the sneakpeak!! LOVE Y'ALL!!!
